If you’re on the Field Eagle free trial and you have some questions about pricing, check out this Pricing FAQ. Our free trial lasts 15 days and gives you full access to the Field Eagle system. Subscribing is easy with monthly or yearly plans. Read on to learn more!

Q1. How long does the free trial last?

The Field Eagle full-feature free trial is 15 days long with no credit card required.

Q2. Does my free trial limit my access to features?

No, the free trial is full access to the entire system. You will be able to create one inspection and synchronize it with a tablet. Once on the tablet, you can try out performing an inspection on your device, synchronizing it back to the server, and generating reports.

Q3. How long will my data and information be saved in the system?

When your free trial ends, your information will be saved so that you can continue your work uninterrupted when you subscribe.

Q4. What happens at the end of my free trial?

At the end of your free trial, the next time you sign in you will be redirected to the subscription page. Once your subscription is activated, you can keep using the same account right away.

Q5. What if I need to add more Customizable Forms?

If you need to have more customizable forms, you can upgrade your subscription at any time to add more forms. Sign in to your Field Eagle account and access the “Subscription Management” screen from the top right side of the screen.

Q6. Can I upgrade or downgrade/switch plans at any time?

Yes, if you need to change your subscription you can. Note that downgrades will occur at the end of your paid term.

Upgrading: You can upgrade instantly at any time. Sign in to your Field Eagle account and access the “Subscription Management” screen from the top right side of the screen. Select the plan you would like to upgrade to or add additional users to your existing plan.

Downgrading: Sign in to your Field Eagle “Subscription Management” screen from the top right side of the screen. Select the plan you would like to downgrade to or remove users from your existing plan. Your downgrade will be active at the next subscription renewal date.

Q7. Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

No! You have the option to subscribe yearly or monthly! Check out our pricing page to see the different options available.

Q8. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover.

Q9. What are the payment options and terms?

You can pay by Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. Subscriptions can be monthly or yearly. Yearly subscriptions save 20%!

Q10. Are there any setup fees?

There are no setup fees for our cloud subscription services. Onsite Enterprise Hosting is available in the Enterprise package. In this case, there will be setup fees. Contact Us for more information about Enterprise packages.

Q11. Can I pay quarterly?

Our subscriptions are either Yearly or Monthly.

Q12. Will my data be private and safe?

Yes, we take privacy and security very seriously. The Field Eagle application architecture is structured using a three-pronged approach to mitigate risks, implement procedures and enforce processes to secure our websites, servers and client’s data. Q13. What happens if I cancel or downgrade my account?

Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at anytime. You will be able to use the system up until the end of the subscription period you have paid for.

Downgrading: You can downgrade your subscription at anytime. Sign in to your administrator portal here and select the new package you need. Your downgrade will be active on the next subscription renewal date.

Q14. What type of support is available to Field Eagle users?

Field Eagle has a few options for support:

  • In-application chat window – from the server application, you can ask a question to our agent directly when they are online
  • Knowledge Center – The Field Eagle knowledge center has many links to articles, videos, and interactive guides that can answer many common questions about how to use Field Eagle.
  • Visit our YouTube channel for how-to videos.
  • Call us! If you have any questions, call us a 1-866-640-2345 during business hours, Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm EST.
  • Email Us anytime at info@fieldeagle.com
  • Personal Training – Field Eagle offers hourly training for your team. Contact Us for more information.

Q15. Do I need to buy training and account set up service?

Personal training for your team is available if you would like it for an additional fee. Field Eagle offers a lot of self-help options as well.

If you would like Field Eagle to set up your inspection templates, we can do that for an additional fee. Contact us for more information.

Q16. Can I see Field Eagle software demo before purchase?

Yes! You can book a personalized demo here.

Q17. Are software updates included?

Yes, as our software is updated, your account will be updated as well.

Q18. Are there any hidden costs?

No, our pricing is straight forward! The only additional cost is 13% harmonized sales tax (HST) as required by the province of Ontario.
