The Field Eagle full-feature free trial is 15 days long with no credit card required.
No, the free trial is full access to the entire system. You will be able to create one inspection and synchronize it with a tablet. Once on the tablet, you can try out performing an inspection on your device, synchronizing it back to the server, and generating reports.
When your free trial ends, your information will be saved so that you can continue your work uninterrupted when you subscribe.
At the end of your free trial, the next time you sign in you will be redirected to the subscription page. Once your subscription is activated, you can keep using the same account right away.
If you need to have more customizable forms, you can upgrade your subscription at any time to add more forms. Sign in to your Field Eagle account and access the “Subscription Management” screen from the top right side of the screen.
Yes, if you need to change your subscription you can. Note that downgrades will occur at the end of your paid term.
Upgrading: You can upgrade instantly at any time. Sign in to your Field Eagle account and access the “Subscription Management” screen from the top right side of the screen. Select the plan you would like to upgrade to or add additional users to your existing plan.
Downgrading: Sign in to your Field Eagle “Subscription Management” screen from the top right side of the screen. Select the plan you would like to downgrade to or remove users from your existing plan. Your downgrade will be active at the next subscription renewal date.

You can pay by Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. Subscriptions can be monthly or yearly. Yearly subscriptions save 20%!
There are no setup fees for our cloud subscription services. Onsite Enterprise Hosting is available in the Enterprise package. In this case, there will be setup fees. Contact Us for more information about Enterprise packages.

Yes, we take privacy and security very seriously. The Field Eagle application architecture is structured using a three-pronged approach to mitigate risks, implement procedures and enforce processes to secure our websites, servers and client’s data. Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at anytime. You will be able to use the system up until the end of the subscription period you have paid for.
Downgrading: You can downgrade your subscription at anytime. Sign in to your administrator portal here and select the new package you need. Your downgrade will be active on the next subscription renewal date.
