A crane inspection checklist is used to verify that mobile cranes, tower cranes, overhead cranes, and other lifting equipment are safe and compliant with OSHA and ASME B30 standards before each shift and during periodic formal inspections.
To use this checklist, a qualified crane operator should complete the pre-shift inspection before the crane is put into service each day.
